Don't know if he's done the full licence, but I think you don't need it if it's a temporary job.

From all the reports we've been getting, he seems to have been working really hard. Also have nothing but high hopes for him.

Don't know if he's done the full licence, but I think you don't need it if it's a temporary job.
A manager/head coach needs a UEFA Pro licence for any permanent job. 'Permanent' is classed as 12 weeks or longer, if my memory serves me.

I believe he has 3 years coaching experience (same as Scott Parker btw) and has all his badges. A poster said this in the manager watch thread.
