I somehow missed that this was already happening in Scotland.

Will/should/could it happen in England? Most people I know would love to see it.

It would be great but will clubs be able to charge as much for a ticket in the standing section as they would for a regular seat? You might be able to get more people into the standing section but then I can imagine there will be some kind of over the top limit for health and safety etc.
