i think you've got to remember WHY he is there before criticising his forward play, which isn't exactly Messi i know.

I feel safe knowing Scotty is there, fine, he;s not been SandoTron, but he's still above par as the PM's DM's go. Also, like dawson, quite happy having him their with the surrounding flair.

I disagree that he's been class since he's returned as he's more resembled David Batty overall. BUT, he was CLASS tonight without a doubt - my MotM tonight!!!

And I never had any issues with his workkrate, defensive work etc I just used to get a bit annoyed with his Zokora-esq forward runs to nowhere, leaving him out of position then needing to use up more energy to get back resulting in him looking completely knackered by 60-70 mins.

But definitely his last 2 games he's been getting back to his best.
