I had a look in the FAQ section on the official site and couldn't see anything on this.

I'm on holiday for the Man Utd game and considering selling my ticket back to the Club.

How does it work? I vaguely remember that if you opt to receive club shop vouhcers you get more? Anyone know how much I'll get back for a Cat-A game?

Just tried this for the first time: login to your OneHotspur account, click on the sell button next to the relevant game (you'll have to wait for the Man U game to come up nearer the time I think), tick the button next to your seat(s), then follow the instructions. You get about 80% of face value (check terms for exact number) if the ticket is sold - will depend on demand for the game etc. Once sold, check "ticket office today" on the official website for the voucher number from your ST book for the game & arrange payment.

So does the person buying the ticket pay you directly? Or do they pay THFC and you get a % of it as a refund?

I'm a new ST holder, so would be good to know in case I can't make any games

Ticket Exchange FAQs
How will I know whether my seat has been sold?
Once your seat has been sold you will be sent an email confirmation of sale. This will also inform you of the rebate due to you.
How is the rebate paid to me?
If your seat is sold, there are two ways you can receive a rebate. They money can be paid onto a credit card or put against your account and deducted from the cost of next season’s season ticket.
What do I need to do to receive my rebate?
Once you have received confirmation that your seat has been sold, you will need to return the relevant match voucher from your season ticket book. This information is updated after each match on the Ticket Office Today section of the club website. If you would like your rebate to go back onto a credit or debit card, the card details should be written on the back of your voucher. If you would like your rebate to go against next season’s season ticket, please enclose a covering note with your voucher instructing us to do this.
What happens if my seat is not resold?
If your seat is not resold then you are not entitled to a rebate. There is no need to return a match voucher if your seat has not been resold.
How soon before a match can I put my seat up for resale?
You can make your seat available for resale at any time for any match between now and the end of the season. It is important to note that we will not sell any seats that have been put up for resale until the match has been declared as a sell out.

I was gonna ask the site if anyone had a couple of tickets going spare for Sunday - i've a chance to take my lad - which does not happen often:( and it would be great to get him to the game.

But I see it's against the site rules.

So, does anyone know how I would contact the club to see if there are any late returns/limited view tickets left available? I keep trying to access the Official Site but for some reason it won't load into my browser.

Any help would be appreciated. PM me
