Serge Aurier has been targeted for a move back to France - and will spark Tottenham’s late move for a right-back.

The 26-year-old is wanted back for a return to Ligue 1 two years after leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Spurs in a £23million move.

PSG have been very good with us in negotiations of players in the past, we've bought and sold in fairly straightforward manners. If they've made a bid and all the dots connect, let it be.

Hasn’t improved since we signed him, we’d need to replace him though.

He has been okay since joining us, underwhelming, if there is someone out there better who wants to join, sell him.

Weren't we right at the limit for non-home grown players in the CL?
Selling Dembele meant Foyth could join the squad.

We have added NDombele - means someone has to go.
Aurier looks one of the most expendable going on last season, but this takes no account of Trippier being sold.

KWP has had some outstanding games at RB, but in others he has been shown up. He gets brushed aside too easily. He deserves a chance, but we need a proper RB as backup.

Sorry, I really can not think of an example in a competitive game.
KWP bless him, played 374 minutes last season in the EPL.

He may go on to be the next Maldini but having him as our #1or #2 doesn't yet fill me with confidence.

I just seem to remember kwp was motm more than once.

rereading my post, I now realise Llorente took up a CL place and he has gone I think.
So there is no reason to sell Aurier as things stand unless there are players coming in...
