Mourinho would love a centre-back in the Thiago Silva mould.

The manager is keeping an eye of Sergio Ramos' situation at Real Madrid, with the veteran out of contract in the summer

Well he’s 2 years younger than Thiago Silva and would be coming from a more demanding league with a better injury record possessing the same leadership qualities. For all intents and purposes, Ramos seems to take really good care of his body, the age doesn’t matter to me as it seems he’s only getting better. Yes please.

So Ramos in and Sanchez out. Not a bad replacement and opportunity for the likes of Rodon & Tanganga to learn from a very accomplished CB.

Well his age won’t count against him as he’d get plenty of rest due to being suspended for half of our games.

Great player but I can't stand him!
Yeah, I support him in our shirt but there are others out there I'd rather have.
That said, he would probably be a rather good signing so fuck it, why not!

Don't think he will come to us, more like the chelscum or United level he will go to. But even if just for a season, I think his presence will help the next generation of our defence in Rodon and Dier to mature.
