Wasn't overly impressed with him for Germany, don't think he's better than what we've already got so I'd rather we went for someone who can go straight into the first team. If it's true that we've agreed a deal with Reid I'd imagine this is a non-starter

So not a great ceiling comparatively then?

Well Serie A / La Liga watchers will probably have formed better opinions than me, but from what I've seen I think we've got a better player in Dier. I'm not sure Mustafi would suit our high line anyway, he makes rash decisions and likes to try and win the ball early, a bit like Fazio when Fazio first came here (although he's since cooled down a bit thankfully)

I like where it says 'he failed under Moyes during a 3 year spell at Everton'. He was 16-19 at the time.

A) it's the Express and B) I completely agree with Lufti, have never been impressed with what I've seen of him and he is certainly not as good as Dier.
