Haven't been on here for a while and normally avoid this place after a loss. But whilst trawling through for some sense amongst the knee jerk posts (media and fans) One thing became apparent of our season thus far. Conceding goals (until today hasnt been our problem) but converting definitely has.
So i was on the official site and came across a little video called target practice, and it was the team vs a reserve keeper. And although the team won in the end - they won 16-14!!!!!!!!
So out of 30 practice shots we could only put 16 past the keeper?
This echoes the game today in terms of chances - I admittedly didnt have the heart to watch past 5, but the stats read that we took 2 less shots than they did. But only put 5 on target.
