Allons enfants de la patrie,
Le jour de gloire est arrivé!
Contre nous de la tyrannie
L'etendard sanglant est levé! (bis)
Entendez-vous dans les campagnes,
Mugir ces féroces soldats?
Ils viennent jusque dans nos bras
Égorger nos fils, nos compagnes!

EDIT: Its the opening lyrics to La Marseillaise (french national anthem) i.e. me showing solidarity with my French brothers for (hopefully) taking Adebayor.

Sweet merciful Zeus!:playful:

And the idea of Ibra trying to boss Ade around is hilarious - this needs to happen.

Yes, of course they would be looking to loan, why would one of the richest clubs want to buy a player?!

The other report says Spurs didn't want to annoy PSG by taking Rabiot on loan, but then they want Adebayor on loan?! He's not the best ambassador to send across..

Let's do a hypothetical.
You're the owner of one of the richest clubs in the world, there is a multitude of top strikers in the world you can afford, would you really go and get Adebayor on loan and pay his £100,000 a week wages?

Worked pretty well for Real Madrid! I don't really like Adebayor but when on form he is capable of being a top striker. That is the problem we have, do we keep a striker capable of being a 20m pound man or let him go and sign a 5-8 million man in Destro or Ings.
