So, who next for Pompey?

Apparently their manager has left Fratton Park. So, at the risk of repeating the thread title, who next for Pompey?

- Replace a crook with a crook and go for Big Sam Allardyce?

- With Gus likely going to Geordieland, will Joke In-Ear have proved himself enough for another top flight gig?

- Donkey Adams and Joe Jordan to do it between them - perhaps with Pompey appointing a DoF above them (ie keep it much the same) - dare we suggest Damo?

You decide*

*Well, actually, your decision means nothing. It's all down to the Gay Damek, but he doesn't post here, so let's hear what you think.

I should imagine Donkey Adams wll take over, he's been waiting for a club and this will be ideal for him and Portsmouth. He gets his premiership club to manage, and pompy get to save a few bob on a big contract for a new manager.

They've got no money to spend on lavish names. Pompey fans don't want Adams to take full responsibility and Allardyce has apparently personally delivered his CV this monrning prior to touring around HMS Victory for inspiration.

aside from all of that, anyone for Ian Dowie?

I can see Big Sam myself.
Does he live next door? Or is he THAT big?
Pompey fans will be sooo upset if he gets the job! Should let donkey Adams get on with it - will be entertaining for the rest of us as I think he will fail awfully.

They'll probably not want to spend too much money. Adams should get it for the season and they'll go from there.

Well, if Adams work at Wycombe was anything to go by, you might get your wish, Kendall.
