Some thoughts on cheating and how to stop it

The worst in my opinion is when a counter attack is in place, and a wanker-type of player (lets call him Javier Mascherano) either deliberately trips the runner up or grabs his shirt to stop the attack. For me, that should be a red card, no matter where on the pitch it occurs. Ultimately, that player has stopped playing football and taken up a game called fouling, with NO intention WHATSOEVER to get the ball, merely to stop the other team from scoring. And then, the co-commentator to compund my fury calls it 'a clever foul' and that the manager and player 'will be happy to take that yellow card.'

Im sorry, but that part of the game really gets on my nerves and is, in my opinion, the highest degree of cheating in football, as ultimately, the fouler has swapped football for a different sport which has no name but just involves making sure that the opponent doesnt progress. In my opinion, it has more of a place on Gladiators than a football pitch
