Tottenham are hoping to extend their Danish contingent after handing trials to two of the country's brightest young talents.
Spurs struck gold in the summer when they landed highly-rated Christian Eriksen for just £11million, with his contract at Ajax running down.
Now the north London club are hoping to unearth Denmark's next big thing after arranging trials for teenage strike duo Soren Andreasen and Kasper Nissen.
Spurs discovered the pair through former midfielder Allan Nielsen, 42, who acts as their agent and spotted them playing for his hometown club Esbjerg fB.
The pair, who are both Denmark Under-17 internationals, have arrived at Spurs’ Enfield training centre to begin their trial this week and are aiming to secure permanent deals in the capital.
Andreasen, 17, has already played and scored for the Esbjerg first team while Nissen, only 16, is still waiting for a debut.
But Nielsen is hoping they can make an impression during their trial periods with Andre Villas-Boas' side.
He said: "They are young talents who have done very well so far.
"The trials came into being through my contacts with Spurs and it will be an exciting experience for them.
"Of course there is always a jump when you have to take the step from being a prospect, but for the future, they have great potential."
