I hate the players. So stupid pretty much all of them, and about 80% are just shit footballers. We need about 12 out. I’m just sick of the whole lot.

The final match of the festive period is the single most physically demanding match of the season so I’m not jumping to the conclusion that the players don’t care. For me the problem is that the squad has been left to rot in key areas.

We have been absolutely crying out for a DM since Wanyama’s knees went and we’re still fucking waiting.

No back up for Kane so he has to play every match, boom, hamstring injury.

Needed to line up the successor for Dembele as it was clear he wasn’t long for the club, instead we waited until six months after he was sold meaning that we’re totally dependent on players who are still coming to grips with the Premier League.

Been clear for ages that the fullbacks needed changing, and yet the only player we’ve brought in there is a teenager who’d never even fucking played that position at the top level!

If we are this shit under managers of the calibre of Poch and Mourinho it’s clear that the squad is the problem. Lack of investment for years has fucking killed us, and I have no hope that Levy will spend what it takes to rectify the problems created by his negligence. The mismanagement of the squad over the past three seasons has been an absolute fucking disgrace.

Pochettino had NO chance with this lot. Feel so sorry for him. We had one of the best managers in world football and we sacked him. For what?? The change that was needed was getting rid of players like Eriksen, Dier, Aurier, Vertonghen, Wanyama, Rose and Dele. Poch will never forgive us for what we did to him, after everything he did for us. Mourinho wont last 18 months.
but the bsofl will tell us that it was Poch; that we should be thankful that all these players will sign new deals; jose doesn't want investment etc

Toby, Lucas and occasionally Ali are slightly better than that summary but agree with all the others

Fair enough with Toby however I disagree about Lucas and Alli, my personal opinion is that they are both extremely limited footballers who will occasionally do something for their team but very rarely. The first touch from Lucas almost every time goes straight to an opponent.

if you think Soton has more talent at its disposal I dont know what to say.
I think my point was that it is clear (with both Poch and now Mourinho) that too many of these players have become complacent because there is no one pushing them. If it was a coaching issue, we would not have seen what we have the past few games. I don't think it's as much talent as it is the players dont care.

I don’t think we are in a situation that spending £50-100m in a transfer window will solve. We are in deep shit.

Look who’s up next! Oh, how I look forward to watch this side against Liverpool.

Actually, think I’ll pass on that

Not sure I have seen a worse performance this season. Jose has been here two months and not sure much has changed except a couple of lucky wins.

SKY, Amazon Prime, BT Sport. Matters not.

Of late we can serve up the shittest 90 minutes of television viewing regardless of channel. :(

Jose (just like Poch) has to look at his squad and know most of it is shit, but also look at it and say "who else do I put in?". Aurier sucks but what other RBs do we have? Toby and Jan have been awful but besides Sanchez, who do we have? Who is there to rest Kane with? What other attackers do we have to replace Lucas or Son when he is out?

Levy has created this team and is clearly the main person to blame in terms of letting it get this bad. Can't blame the coaching anymore.
The person who created this team is Poch not Levy.

Don't feel sorry for Poch, it's him that have broken the players mentally and physically, while also teaching them loser mentality. He was the best we've had in the Premier League era, but it came at a cost burning players out, leaving him also as the worst manager we've had in this era.

I’m at an utter loss. We are slow and evidently predictable. It’s not hard to see how we setup. And where all our play comes from. And therefore how to negate it. Tactically so pathetic.
