1 year into a 4 yr contract with AM. Chelsea or Bayern are supposed to be signing Griezmann for E50-60m, hard to see them selling 2 strikers? Decent strike rate, but agree with all the above about his age.
Maybe they'd consider cash plus Ade? :ROFLMAO:
So £38m?

Agree...No way will Levy spend this amount of money on a 29 yr old, and Poch. needs younger players to work his tactical high pressing game.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: Love it. How long do you think Levy "considered making this £36m bid"? One second? Or am I being too optimistic?

We would be better signing City striker who is not in the team..much. Negredo i think his name is..? He looks very dangerous as a forward in the final 3rd of pitch.

The only way £36m could make any sense: a £20m transfer fee and the remaining £16m is about a £100k per week salary over a three year deal. But, never happening.

Hi buddy, hope you and your family are all well (y).

Negredo is (if the Daily Mail are to be believed  ) about to be involved in a rather ugly tussle between Man City and Valencia. It seems that an agreement in the initial loan deal included a "compulsory purchase clause" which would be activated as soon as Negredo made his first appearance for Valencia. Apparently Valencia are now having second thoughts, but Man City are not going to allow them to reneg on what was previously agreed. I guess if it's written in the contract that both clubs agreed, Valencia are now screwed?

Anyway, the full story is in this link - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...24m-deal-Valencia-insist-Manchester-City.html

That said, seeing as you mentioned Man City, I'd be absolutely stoked if we could somehow get Dzeko on our payroll. Bloody cracking striker :(

Hello Coopsie, yes I'm fine... how did lilo birthday party go?

did not know about Valencia with Negredo.. we should do a p/x with valancia.. soldado & Negredo.. will solve their problem (compulsory purchase) and we get a good quality striker.. Robbie back home , rebuild his confidence...happy all round...

Thanks buddy. Lilo's birthday went extremely well, despite me having my first alcoholic drink in a year. Thank you for asking :).

That's quite a good suggestion you made, re Soldado/Negredo. Negredo scored pretty regularly for City, especially considering he was mainly a sub/bit-part player. 9 goals in 32 PL appearances, and 23 goals in 48 total appearances is far from shabby.
