Shame about Dier's silly booking, were going to miss him in the next game.

Great team performance and pretty convincing result against a decent side. Alli was good again, but I thought Eriksen played a great game last night, especially in the second half. He lead our high pressure moves very well and moved the ball quickly and with superb awareness. Hopefully he is not too knackered to repeat last night's performance a couple of times in the upcoming games.
We looked really solid in the second half apart from a few situations where we were somewhat naive and they almost caught us on the break. My only worry is, whether the first hour was so tough that we will pay the price on Sunday. Hopefully morale will be so high that fatigue is not an issue. What a week we're in for!

Really is amazing - in another country working and only able to get sky news.
80% of report focused on United's shit boring win against some third league strength team - while Spurs amazing performance was given a basic report.

Henry Winter on Ryan Mason: "Mason has a subtle talent not always appreciated."
I think he is going to be very important in the run-in, because he will not have fatigue. The skill shown in his volley towards the end was superb. Bankruptspurs will be ecstatic and so he should. It's great watching a talent blossom under the radar, but under the guidance of our truly great coach.

The same for Lamela, who has had a decent amount of rest recently.
I like the way Poch is rotating and resting the squad... Reminds me of sir alex when man Utd were in there pomp - he would keep a core five or 6 and rotate a few, Then keep a different core and rotate again.
The only ones who seem to be getting used almost every single game is the spine of lloris, cb's (before injury), Dier and Kane....

It's quite funny and totally expected of course. Rashford is, now, the next best thing to hit British football since, well, Alli.

Even funnier was Richardson on BT sport yesterday comparing the current "crop of youngsters" with the 'class of 82'. F-ing hilarious.

Assume 'silly' as in totally unwarranted, as opposed to Alli being silly :). That was never a foul and never a yellow card.

Think the yellow card was for diving wasn't it? Didn't look like there was any contact to me. Half the Fiorentina team should have been booked for the same thing though if that was the benchmark.

It's the same here. You wouldn't have thought we'd played last night, let alone convincingly beat one of the best teams in Italy 3-0. I had to really search for the match report on the Telegraph online.

I disagree - from the replays there looked like contact to me. May not have been a foul but I don't feel it was simulation either.

Looked to me like Alli was on his way down before there was any contact. I'd have been very pissed off if we conceded a free kick for that on the edge of the area.

Great atmosphere last night. The extended Shelf/Park Lane banter was hilarious. It makes the decision to put Palace in that corner of South Stand for the FA Cup game even more ridiculous

I was watching on a stream as I was in Germany for work but the atmosphere sounded electric and the period of continuous park lane/shelf chanting sounded phenomenal... Wish I could have been there!
