Evening everyone ??

Got a bit of a panicked situation here, so hoping one of you lovely people can help!

My wife has just submitted her passport for her Spurs account ID verification, and the status is now pending (as per screenshot). The plan had been for her to come along with me tomorrow, but until her account has been manually okayed, she obviously won’t be able to get into the stadium.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on the chances that someone will be reviewing ID submissions on a Sunday morning (or even before if the process is outsourced)? Is it a definite no-go?

Any insight or suggestions appreciated.

??

I have the same status on my account and I called the club about this a few months ago and they said they were working through members verifications but it’s still pending for me.
I have been to two home games since and I haven’t had an issue getting in on both times.

I did it at Wednesday night before the game and it went straight through in the morning

Also they didn't check anything at the game. Other than going through bag check

The concern is that the the ticket wouldn’t scan correctly, either with the stewards or at the turnstiles, if it’s not linked to an ID validated account. It seems like a fairly logical check to make when tickets are scanned.

I guess the other worry is whether the people who check the submissions work on Sundays and/or match days.

I hope for both of your sakes that she didn't make it ?
