There is a bloke that sits a couple of seats away from me in the East Stand who had the same problem. I'll mention it to him. Cheers!

Nice work FSF! Dealing with poor customer service can be extremely frustrating, I'm sure BT are the reason I have a few grey hairs.

We all know Spurs can't do customer service, I don't think you'll find too many surprised fans on here.

Although to be fair to them they are probably slightly better than The FA who are shocking when it comes to customer service.

There were always going to be issues with this barcode stuff - hopefully when the new stadium is built they will make room to sort this out at the relevant block rather than ahving to traspe round to the ticket office which could be miles away

I work at a stadium dealing with the barcode tickets, but haven't been to WHL since they've implemented it there... we have a member of staff (me!) at each group of turnstiles with a handheld PDA with a barcode scanner that can sort out the vast majority of problems at the entrance... do Spurs have these?
