Yes, and clean sheet points too. Bale as a defender would have been much better.

The only advantage of a midfielder, IIRC is they don't lose points for conceded goals.
So yeah, defender would be better for Bale.
If only Wolves' Jody Craddock were classed as a midfielder though, eh?
