Ordered new shirt the other day with Modric 14..its down as sent,they have just phoned me up saying they aren't allowed to print Modric 14 on shirts because it hasn't been confirmed yet..what a fucking time to tell me..5 o'clock the evening before it comes out..Uselesss ****s :evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

Probably because when you filled out who and where the top is to be sent, you put you real name in and they can see that your name wasnt modric... simple answer really

At least they had the decency to phone you up - maybe you should of cancelled your order & bought it from Kitbag to save £20++

It's good of the club to phone you and let you know that, regardless of the time. It may well be that they have only just got to your order, as I expect a lot have been made. It's still perfectly feasible that it could be with you tomorrow as well.

You should probably change the thread title as well, there is a no swearing policy in titles.

no.14 is still officially hossam ghaly so until officially notified of the change printing cannot be done as modric, this also applies in store, as suggested yours is probably an order that came up next to be completed and you were then notified immeadiately of the error, if during the call you accepted a plain shirt it will be dispatched with the courier along with standard orders - i hope you were treated with courtesy during the call though.

Whats the difference with having your own name & number on the shirt printed ??? You surely dont have to buy 'HERO' named shirts only ?? What if your name was Modric & you wanted a number 14, surely that is your choice ??

i agree, they should have just advised he may not have that number but still gone ahead with the printing if he wanted it! even if they recored the calls so they can have profe that they did advise customers about this so they cant complain if he doesnt get that number

I do not like spurs direct, last shirt I got off them was last seasons, the BERBATOV on it was wonky, some letters were further apart than others, was a joke!! Took me a while to get my cash back!!
