I don't believe Lloris is injured. I believe he is given some mid-winter time to rejuvenate and stack up on energy to be ready to face the period ahead. And I'm all for it, I would have done the same thing. Go Vorm tonight!

Vorm was really upset after the last game; he will want to put it right....play him. Also the whole back line will want to support him more, so they too may play better.

I know Vorm is a good keeper but its a cup semi final and i think we should play our best team and for me that means Hugo should start,and if we do make it through to the final i know who i would want in goal reguardless of any promises given to Vorm we need to get a wininning mentality at our club and not think about sentiment or hurting peoples feelings.

1 Stick to your promise. If you said Vorm was playing cup games then Vorm should play cup games.
2 If you want Vorms respect and him to gain some confidence allow him the chance to put things right.

I disagree with this policy, semi finals don't grow on trees.

Its not just a matter of changing 1 position, it affects the whole defensive unit which thrives on stability.

Football is a simple game made complicated by fools who need to justify themselves.

I heard it was because he had a slight knock so given a couple weeks rest where he has decided to pop off to Dubai.
Now i am not sure if this is 100% true but the fact he isnt even on the bench suggest's its probably true.
I am pretty sure he has been on the bench in all other cup games. I also dont believe that a manager would tell someone you are my cup keeper & guarantee them a place! If Vorm was having shockers in training i would think he would be on th bench
