I'm getting the same, despite my ticket being shown in my eticketing account.
You got a ST or just a ticket for Palace?
So ive delved through the app
1) How do I add my ST onto the app - any help much appreciated
2) I thought the food places were throughout the stadium the street food stuff - but its all int he market place with tap inns etc around the stadium? Kinda surprised by that and no wonder the market places is rammed. Like if the only place to get a pizza is in the south stand then it is to be expected it will be rammed.

ST. Not worried, my card will still work, but if it doesn't then expect there to see a Hulk sized pissed off Spurs fan scaling the stadium and wreaking havoc.

Had the same problem Saturday...there are gents behind the tap inn but not marked..just follow all the men disappearing behind the bar...walked up and down for ages until I clocked it ??

Wow this is one of the buggiest apps I've downloaded! Its almost unusable on my 7+ and keeps quitting. Look at this crazy shit for a login page

Yeah, just checked. Although I don't use the app because I'm too lazy to sign in each time.
If this ever happens to anyone else, just rock up and they’ll radio the ticket office and let you in.
