I'm a Lilywhite and it's good for getting tickets early - so not only do you get a ticket for most games at least but you have more chance of sitting in the stand you like

also I've used the guest option before and that's very handy at times

It's also a visible commitment to the club - of course only one of many possible commitments - but the more members the more money for the club and also it says something about a clubs' standing in terms of support when they have season ticket waiting lists and have to close memberships mid-season as we often do because so many people want to join in

hope you enjoy the games - incidentally while a lot of games go on general sale (ie you don't need a membership) it can be very hard to get two decent seats together by that stage of the process -

apparently this problem is happening with the Hull game according to a glory glory poster

Knilly, if you are getting one for you and your boy you may stand a better chance of getting tickets in the Paxton end, if they are still doing the whole priority being given to families thing.

Just a thought.

Agree with what's already been said. I'm a Lilywhite member and as long as I try to order tickets in the first couple of days of them going on priority sale I can get to almost any game I want, with obvious exceptions. As noted by others it quickly becomes difficult to get 2 seats together behind either goal, so its always worth making a note of when tickets are going on sale and trying to order as early as possible.

Great an exiled in the west thread!
My boy is 2 1/2, he loves his Spurs kit and tells me I have to wear mine, but I dont think he can sit still for 90 minutes. Membership used to be much simpler, I haven't renewed as I dont know which one to get now. I used to pay about that much for a season ticket. LOL

Ive got Lillywhite, its good for getting tickets, especially for someone like me who will go to a load of games in a short period then none for a while.

Ive managed to get tickets to Boro (away), Sunderland and Villa at home so far.

There's no point getting a bronze membership (ie go on the ST waiting list) if you're only going to a few games a season. Lillywhite is fine.

I got Bronze this season as it supposedly now gives you priority over lillywhite. I doubt I'll end up going to more than a couple of games this season though, as I can never get an extra ticket for a mate.

me and my bro were lilywhite last season but joined bronze this season in the vain hope of getting a season ticket before we're 45! (im 22!)..but if you dont want one, save the ten or so quid, lilywhites fine..but u do nees to be a member to get decent seats really..

I wanna go to the liverpool game, but will have to wait for general sale as im not a lilywhite member.

Tickets go on sale on the 18th sept (general). What do you think my chances are of getting two tickets?

Ive never bought prem tickets on general sale, as the matches I have gone to have either been pre season friendlies, whilst the premiership games have been via a mate who is a season ticket holder and has had a spare ticket on numerous occasions.

Im presuming as pool are top 4 they will get sold pretty quick, but then im also thinking the steep price of the top 4 bracket for tickets will put many people off.

Hi Racky - I don't want to sound like unpaid PR for the club, though let's face it that's what true fans are anyway, but if you want two tickets for games like Pool become a member before they close the lists for this season- which is likely to happen if recent years are a guide

games like pool, high prices or no ,will almost certainly sell out before general sale, and even if they don't getting two seats together will be difficult and probably impossible - except perhaps at some ridiculously expensive and 'bad view' part of the game

Of course it's your choice - but for you I recommend join asap - having said that I don't know how quickly you can buy from having paid the money - you may be able to buy before receving your card - I guess you get a membership number automatically on purchase -

but you'd have to check these things out or maybe someone on here an advise - I always renew pre-season to get the discount so am not too clued up on 'mid-season' buys.

but join anyway :) - it will probably help with pool and there are plenty more big games to come

EDIT - Are you sure pool go on general sale 18th Sept? I can't see that info on OS.

Very much doubt the Pool game will reach general sale. Might be the odd restricted view seat in the shelf or top price seat in the west stand, but probably not 2 together.

I didn't find out my membership number until I got my card through, but I'd imagine you could call and get the number if you were in a hurry.
