Recently re-joined as a Bronze member for this season. When I log into my online account thing it still just has me down as a E-Hotspur member (which I was previous) so hasn't updated to Bronze or anything yet? I haven't received my members pack or anything yet, nor has the money left my account despite doing this about a week ago. Is this normal for them to process it all through or do I need to contact someone? If so, does anyone have an email address for me?
