"Apologies to any Chelsea fans in the room but five of the eleven that started that match were developed in our academy with Ryan Mason and Andros Townsend both coming from Enfield.”

Goes to show that the club are clearly pleased and pushing for academy recruitment into the first team. As long as they're of sufficient quality, I'm happy with that.

We're arguably the biggest success story in the league when it comes to bringing through our young players. It's something to be celebrated and shouted about and if this player lodge contributes to that then it's a slam dunk approval.

Right now I think we're still second to Southampton if one considers where they are now after selling half their first team.

Good point, I tried to think at the time but somehow didn't land on Southampton. I guess I should have said "one of the biggest success stories".
