Will take it seriously when it happens in a league containing more than one top team. Ligue 1 without PSG is no better than the Dutch and Portuguese leagues, and not as good as the Championship.

I posted a longer post I in the Ligue 1 thread but my question was, when did France become a big league?

PSG beat Lille tonight to set a new record of winning the first twelve league games of a season beating the Spurs record of eleven.
Now I'm sure that record has been beaten before but only in a small league somewhere, this one is relevant because it is in one of the top five leagues in Europe so congratulations PSG.
My question is this, when did the FRench league become a big league? I get the English, Spanish, Italian and German leagues but the French? How is Ligue 1 a top league? They currently have PSG who are very good and then a load of fodder with maybe one or two that could possibly survive in the Premier league!
I know it may seem like sour grapes because they took out record but it really it isn't, I'm not happy about it but I have been around long enough to know that records are there to be broken and if, for example, Juventus had done it I'd have felt no different but surely anyone can see the validity in that achievement as opposed to PSG's.

Arab oil money is killing football and will carry on doing so until there is nothing left to follow.Then they will move there money onto some other venture and ruin that in time .All in the lust for being top dog .Scum all of them.
As someone said we try to do things the right way and get lambasted by all and sundry mostly on sky.
Man City break FFP rules year after year and get nothing but praise.
I have said in the past that with us either Knowing or subconciesly it is anti semitism and have been called a fool or over thinking.
Well when you hear whats going on in the Labour Party you would be a fool to think its just a few loonies .
Some people I come across just hate jews and when you ask why they find it difficult to tell you why.
Trust me its endemic in our society and some who are so proud of being inclusive of all people in there good thoughts are subconciesly anti Semitic

I don't even know a jewish person and all of the ones that I see in business and on tv seem nothing but productive people.
But people seem only too willing to praise arabs with there oil money from countries where bad treatment of migrant workers is rife.
