Spurs set to make move for Manuel Ugarte

Tottenham Hotspur have ‘referenced’ Sporting’s Manuel Ugarte as a target, according to Record. Tottenham have been targeting Ugarte for quite some time, with it being reported they made contact with Sporting about signing the midfielder back in September.
