Accordingly he's also 'said' he's looking to join a CL team this morning...can see him ending up at the goons unfortunately...

i think his signing for spurs would be a bad move for us
he has issues to be resolved in his private life
he has issues to be resolved with his own attitude by that i mean his ego is much larger than his talent

If by personal issues you mean the case against him that was dropped in Feb then I am not worried about that. I am more worried about his outspoken nature and ego. He may be talented, but I don't want someone who reckons they are the new Henry to be contradicting the manager or being in discreet. (See the row brewing over his comments about being rested for the Liverpool game). Intelligence should be something we look for in a player, not just ball moving intelligence, but how to conduct yourself.

Unconvinced as yet.

He's simply not that good tbh. Good finisher etc but eh. Why is everyone falling over themselves about him all of a sudden. The Hatem Ben Arfa of strikers. Decent enough, pretty skilled and capable of the occasional sublime bit of football but fundamentally... Is he really the shiznit?

Because no other footballer is like that.

14 in 26 i'd take some of that. We paid 26 million for a penalty taker who couldn't finish a milk shake.
