Pat Roberts is something special! Just scored a superb solo goal to put us 2-0 up! Since we've scored we have really turned it up and notch and been the better team.

Just about to say, he's the one. At Fulham so you'd think he would be attainable.

Whilst in my hotel room in Barcelona this morning I came across what looked like a U10's game on BarcaTV. Barca's little kids were playing another team on a small pitch with something like 6 a side, and the quality was unbelievable. Not just technique, which was incredible, they were making little moves that most pro's struggle with, but their decision making and execution was mind bogglingly good. They had so much poise, it was scary. I'd pick any of them instead of Lennon right now.

and they'd probably be taller too! :)

Anyone know what the damage was with Kane in the U21 match ?

In the end, it was a job well done for Southgate and the only sour point of the night was seeing Harry Kane hobble off after a heavy challenge. The Tottenham forward faces weeks on the sidelines with ligament damage and will miss the Toulon Tournament, which starts for England on Thursday against Qatar. He left the stadium with his foot in a protective

Nigeria youth international, Musa Yahaya is primed for a return to his parent club, Tottenham Hotspurs before the beginning of the next season after a loan spell with Spanish club Celta Vigo.

According to the player’s agent, Babawo Mohammed, “Yahaya is a Spurs player. He will return to Spurs early enough for the pre-season because he is billed for the training tour.”

'Stewart, who spent a month on loan at Crewe Alexandra two seasons ago, sandwiched a trial at Liverpool in between two spells at Sheffield United training complex towards the end of last term'.

Apparantly likely to sign for a PL club after turning down Sheffield United

Not sure why we are letting him go as Spurs are VERY short of decent defenders in the 18-21 age group, I'd gladly have him in a Europa League squad next season for example to rest some of the first team..

Maybe we're looking at Ogilvie breaking through.

True, and I like Ogilvie (especially as he can play LB and CB), but he's still only 18, and only just broken into u21's.

THink I'd have kept Stewart at least another yesr.

maybe ryan hall will get another year.

Grant Hall ? Possibly but he's be almost 23 going into next season, has done ok at Swindon without pulling up any trees, and caanot see him getting time at Spurs so think its either another loan or permanant exit

He's not 17 until December (although he has played for Nigeria u20's) plus he apparantly cannot get a uk work permit until he's 17, so I suspect that whilst we may seem him on pre-season in USA, he may well be on loan until January or even longer.
