Well I am also certain Levy has invested the money expecting such results, I am not so certain he will get the results he wants (as he frequently doesn't i.e. Olympic stadium and several transfer deals)
I wasn't asking for a dead cert, just personal opinion from those who watch the players as to who are the standouts with potential PL or higher PL level quality.
I know its impossible to know for sure, one can impress greatly at youth level like Barnard but not have what it takes in the pros for one reason or another where as other youngsters can go under the radar at youth level and be late bloomers (Ian Wright for example)
Still I find it interesting to hear from those with first hand knowledge of our youngsters who they believe are "the ones to watch" so to speak
Thanks for taking the time to reply to my question btw
What is impressing most is that there has been a total change in focus and methodology, starting with the appointment of Frank Arnesen, and there are not one or two impressive players but a hell of a lot (as probably represented by how well our young squads are doing.
What makes your question difficult to answer is that the team listed looks pretty strong and capable of performing a that level but is missing several of our most highly rated young players. And if we all list a player we think will make it from the entire youth set-up, there would be probably a dozen names in the list, and still excluding a few who might just make it. Current favourite, if he can stay fit, is Alex Pritchard.
