Just tuning in - but looks like the 2nd team out there - seems odd to see Davies with them, maybe Rose is still the 1st choice LB?

Same again. That was exactly what Capoue is all about. Sticks a leg out to win the ball then immediately has his head up and dissects the centre of the pitch and finds our guy in space in the attacking third.

How about a Schneiderlin-Capoue axis of awesome?

We do have to remember that this is effectively Celtic's U21 team against players from our first team squad so I would expect the gulf in class to be vast.

That said you can only beat what's put in front of you.

Thrash Celtic youth team.
Soldado gets a hat trick.
Sign that Musacchio fellow. Sounds like it is very close, he was held out of friendly today.

Diabolical opposition. Like Norwich City v Aosta Select XI.

Nice triangles from Spurs, though. More like our new manager is less Pochettino and more Pythagoras.

According to my mate, the Celtic manager isn't even there lol

Not even their second choice team really, there's a healthy sprinkling of U-19s in it.

Doesn't escape the fact our first team would tonk their first team

Pre-season run out or not, our movement has seen a big improvement over last year. Less stagnant, players showing for the ball and trying to pull defenders out of positions. Hope we can keep this up.
