I honestly think Poch has lost the plot.
Who in their right mind would play Rose lw in any fking game nevermimd a game we have to win. Our first game at Nwhl. Unbelievable Jeff.

I assume he's purposefully pinning Wan biessaka back

What game are people watching?! We've been pretty good, not pissing around with it at the back, getting the ball fwd fairly quickly, not giving it away constantly. Palace defending well but if we can up it a couple of notches we should win.

Interesting 1st half. Could sense some nerves out there amongst the players. Sadly, there still seems to be a couple who are playing within themselves and refuse to get 100% stuck in. Namely Trippier, who is slowly but surely evolving into one of the very worst RBs in the league. There's a reason why teams keep targeting that side of the field. His defensive limitations used to be acceptable 'cos of his offensive contributions. But he's no longer any good at that either.

Most everyone else has played ok. The CBs are dominating. Sissoko has been beastly. Dele's doing ok in midfield. Rose has been hit and miss. But I appreciate the effort he's putting in. Son has gone from hero to zero since Kane returned. Barely a shadow of a shadow of the player we had in January. Eriksen is trying, but typical of late, he's afraid of putting his body on the line. Weirdly enough you can see that in the way he shoots the balls. A couple of times he has a shot, but leans back and swipes at the ball. The reason for this, is that if he goes over the ball and puts his foot through it, he does run the risk of getting clattered by the defender. Which tells me he is protecting himself at the moment. Kane is doing fine. But I'd like to see a bit more oomph from him. He has the ability to galvanize the fans and the players around him. Need him to light a fire under everyone's asses.

Let's hope we come out in the 2nd half and get our crap together. Otherwise this is shaping up to be yet another frustrating night with the opposition scoring in the last 10 mins and sneaking out of our stadium with the three points.

Come on boys!!!

I do get the feeling that we may need 2 goals tonight. Just the occasion and the fact Palace do look up for it.

First 20 mins of the 2nd half is vital. Need to up the Tempo and take a few chances, skip a few challenges to open things up.

We're playing well, but it's all predictably excruciating.
This pretty much. Honestly, though feel we look like we have taken a step back a few years with our recent form. I just don't get excited about watching us recently. There always seems an air of inevitability with Poch's teams lately. Still, 45 to go and plenty enough about us to nick a 1-0.

Some decent play up to the final third. Was always going to be tense though. Let's also not forget that Palace are always really tough to beat.

I’m thestadium in the south stand and got a guy who’s been on his phone all game. Hasn’t watched a minute of the match. Granted he hasn’t missed much but come on.

Like the set up, generally playing well but just need to be a bit quicker and decisive in the final third.

Rose needed to shoot. Think at times we wait until the perfect opportunity arrives. Part of football is creating pressure and rattling shots off even if they are saved creates that. Gets the crowd going, defence a bit nervous etc

Is the camera angle weird, like really far away? Or is the newness just throwing me off.

It all seems a bit surreal watching at home.
