with as any crosses as we have been doing in the latter stages, Veliz might have been better subbing earlier.

Love Ange and love the approach but we are now starting to miss Kane. Aside from Son, none of our players can score and it’s costing us, we can’t kill games.
He hasn't had any chances. We've just been passing it around the edge of the box and let ourselves be vulnerable to counters for most of the game. The first half was OK but the second half has been a chaotic car crash compounded by dreadful subs.

Why is everyone complaining about not having a plan B?! Even Ange has said, his plan B is to do plan A better. We don't have the squad depth, we all knew this, we're just going to have to deal these types of results.

Yes they have. There's no denying we should have done better in almost every game since we lost half the team. In most of them we deserved more. But we haven't had the breaks or got the results and that's a shame but sometimes that's just how the cookie crumbles. Having said that, you can still see huge positive signs, I think with a full team and a couple of transfer windows, we're really going to be some side. And possibly not even that long. Until then it just hurts and we have to suck it up :(
First 15 mins or so was excellent.

But we weren't efficient enough. Slowly let them get a grip and adapt.

That's when squad depth comes in as you can mix it up.

Having said that, if Maddison and Bentancur are playing we likely go up a gear.

We havent fully shaped the swuad yet though so those fringe players stepping on havent got the quality to effect a game.

Can't say I'm impressed with Agne's changes, Skipp is really championship level and pushing Son out to the left in favour of "couldn't score in a brothel with a fistful of fifties" Richarlison was crazy.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

Knee jerk? We are looking at another defeat, after dominating the first half.

yeah we’ve been unfortunate with injuries to key players but half these players couldn’t score if they tried all night.
It's knee jerk because this was always going to be a season of transition. It baffles me how people can't seem to understand that good things take time.

Yet again we've had an utterly shite referee too.

Doesn't excuse the performance but fuck me every week its the same
