Deki's predictable nature on the right is hurting us - has to eventually play inside or face being a mere rotation player.

In hindsight, if I knew we’d spend the bulk of the Kane money on Johnson, I’d rather just kept him and let him go for nothing in 2024.

The Villa defeat and this one has really shown how much we miss him. I think we win both of those games, and probably the Wolves one, pretty comfortably with him in the side.

We probably would’ve been in a position to tie him down to a new contract, too.

Overall, pretty poor imo. Needed to be much more precise in the first half when we were on top. Lots of energy and verve shown but were just not sharp enough when it counted meaning we let West Ham off the hook, get in at half time and regroup.

With the energy we expend to work teams over and get into threatening positions, really have to sharper at the key moment and have more to show for.

Second half was poor by us in all honesty. Lack of any real quality in the final third. Lots of huff and puff and almost hoping something would come off for us. Desperately miss Maddison's precision in the final third. None of our other attacking options seem to be able to play that quick, incisive first time ball that catches teams out with any level of consistency.

For all his endless running and energy, maintain with the amount of the ball Kulu see's, he needs to be producing more and is too wasteful in promising positions. His checking back onto his left is also becoming very frustrating.

Johnson looked lost out tbh. Sonny similarly, lots of effort and running but not much threat.

That was our Spurs in a nutshell
Should have been 3 up at half time.
Those injured players can’t come back quick enough can they
Of all the teams to fecking lose to !!!
FFS !!!
Can’t blame that on injuries. That’s our starting front three and if they play like that it doesn’t matter whose behind them. Levy needs to pull his finger out and bring a serious forward in January. And not a cheap option like Jota or Iling-Junior. If chances don’t fall to Son we’re so blunt it’s unreal.

After our start I was dreaming of the title, after Villa I would settle for top 4, after tonight I’m praying we get to 40 points! 😂 This bloody club!

If I can achieve one thing in 2024 I hope it's to care less about Tottenham. It's so unimportant, I know it's not important but I dunno it's like it's so ingrained in me.....

Skipp for GLC just never makes sense to me. We have Barcodes next who will be hurting from tonights defeat.

I think really it was skipp for Højbjerg and Richarlison for Lo Celso. Double sub but just had them that way round on the board.

Spawny fucking goals. But we really can’t beat a team we dominate. It’s embarrassing at the moment.

You need to stop blaming the officials. That's not why we are dropping points.
No, it's not. But teams being allowed to kick us off the park (Chelsea for starters causing the injury to Madders) since the Liverpool game, and we are not getting the same fouls given for us as they are giving against us.

Even though we lost tonight, not a shred of disappointment. Witnessing a great game from our side, especially considering the injuries, was a positive takeaway. My 11-year-old son and I found joy in the confidence Ange has instilled in the team. Onwards and upwards, looking forward to more positive performances. COYS!
