Deserved to win, you've got to be joking....OK we we pretty toothless in the second half but they got a lucky deflection that ricoched off the back of one our players heels and kindly into the path of Bowen who could hardly miss and a misplaced backpass that again bounced off a post and Ward-Prowse could miss. Fell in the lap lucky arse gifts and they take their chances !!! My nan could have scored those two gifts.

It is possible to win a game and not deserve to, winning a game doesn't always mean you deserve to. How Shearer can also say that too is ridiculous.

That was the near sum total of all the Spamners offered and now their deluded fans will also be thinking they were much the better side along with being Champions of Europe and pundits like Shearer feed that false narrative....

Did you notice that Shearer didn’t have a clue that the keeper cannot handle from a back pass. Never mentioned it. Even said keeper should have held it.

Several times in the game Romero was the one looking for a pass through… too little movement and slowing down the play instead of faster incisive play and even taking the shots faster instead of a thousand intricate passes…

For everyone saying we were great in the first half, I disagree. We didn’t create anything of any real note the entire game apart from the Richarlison miss.

Despite the 2 defensive mess ups they were pretty good throughout. Attacking wise in that 2nd half was woeful. First half we should have been comfortably winning. Didn't get the Lo Celso sub but we need to win against the Barcodes

I think that if you were to create a database where you have to encapsulate an entire football club through a performance of one game, this performance would fit perfectly. One of the most Spurs games I've ever seen.

I’ll be back in a few days once the bed wetters have had their little cry. I’m frustrated and annoyed at the lack of quality from the front players as we all are, but people saying it’s just like Conte, Ange has no plan B, Kulusevski is shit etc - grow up. You can see the vision, the football in this rocky patch has been excellent attacking, front foot football (except Wolves away where he ironically tried a plan B). Better quality in all the other games we win those comfortably by half time
