Appears chelsea in talks for Noni Madueke , left us at 16 for PSV.
can’t say he has impressed when seen for England under 21.

He's done okay for PSV. Nothing special. He's only 20 but he's playing in the Eredivisie which is pretty weak. I'm not convinced he's going to make an impact for Chelsea. Hudson-Odoi is definitely a better player at this point in time.

disagree that he's only done ok but he's been blighted by injuries which is a concern.

Disagree there, PSV fans talk about how talented he is but he's made of glass. Very difficult to get up to speed, be properly match fit and do well consistently when you miss this many games the last couple of seasons. Buying a very injury prone player is a risk but ability wise I'd back him

Just for context Gavin Bazunu is the best prospect to come out of Rovers for decades and is obviously doing ok for himself these days. He really rates Justin and thinks he can definitely have a premiership career.
