Lamela 9.0 / Eriksen 8.0

Who will prove to be the better value?

I'm thinking of putting them both in now for our next match (along with Ozil) but are they both likely to start together straight away AND hit the ground running. Big risk for either loads of points to play catch up or very little points if they don't get played straight away or a late sub.

I'm thinking of wildcarding now or after the next set of games, so i can see how all the new signings across the clubs settle in.

I think eriksen and lamela can be like vdv & bale on the game.

Feel dirty but going to put in Ozil and Walcott. Think there will be a few goals assists between those 2 this season.

bit risky to play your wildcard just before the international break!

it is indeed, but just had to add lamela and eriksen to feed my captain soldado. but ye if i was patient i should have waited til after the internationals, but im not!

I see the wildcard is active until the next round start so plenty of time to work on the team.

But do you reckon Lamela and Eriksen will see action straight away, or will AVB do his usual "bedding" in thing and start Townsend/Holtby ahead of the pair?

(guess Eriksen is more likely to get left out considering Holtby deserve a start and they fight for the same position).

Wildcard is only active if you've activated for the next gameweek.

just moved Bale out of my team :(

in comes Eriksen and Lamela :)

PS - I used my Wildcard - just followed the onscreen instructions and cost me nothing

I think both will start against Norwich.

Shameful how Rose is listed as a midfield player, would have been a bargain at his price considering he is our starting LB and we setup pretty defensive so gonna keep a lot of clean sheets.

Yes i agree , no value in getting Rose , clean sheets, goals & assists will not yield the points that they should.

Here's an interesting development - my eldest has just received an Email from Barclay's Fantasy Premier League saying he has to change his team name as it includes the words 'yid' (Spursuperyids or something is his team name).

He's blasted off a snotogram and will change the i to a 1 to see if that gets through their petty censorship, if not he'll change his team name to something like Spursuperjuden (he was born in Monchengladbach Germany).

Absolutely outrageous.

I had one as well. Apparently 'Suck my Dickov' is inappropriate...

Kyle Naughton was somehow the 2nd best player on the pitch apprarently. Sorry, I'm sure its all about to come good for Bobby Sol but I'm seriously considering swapping him out at the moment
