And extremely happy with points we are dropping with Dawson as sole fit central defender, well if we are lucky we might get some random Portuguese or Romanian bloke with no time to mould to pair for opening fixtures.

Sad to see a Spurs lad going, but I cant think of a great match he had in a Spurs shirt, a few decent performances is about it. Chill guys, AVB knows what he's doing, and this Romanian looks the dogs bollocks. 
No there is not, season starts at 18th of august, not at 1st of september and points earned in august are worth as much as points earned in april. Dawson is our sole fit central defender, well played AVB.

I'm gutted as well,
but i don't think other academy boys will think anything negative about this.
I'm sure the dream is Spurs, or even to take a further step to Real Madrid etc.
But any of them will be satisfied by a pro career at Premier League level.
Caulker has just got himself a 9m transfer to a PL club,
he'll play every game for them, and he'll definitely be a lot more rich than he was yesterday.

Yep, I'd agree with that. A few decent performances is about it. No loss and good money. Move on.

People are quick to forget the points he cost us last year in two games by not properly listening to Lloris call for the ball... I'm sure he'll do well for Cardiff but he isn't ready to play for us yet.

He wouldn't have gone without somebody coming in, we're hardly going to go in with only 3 centre backs.

Great money for us! Never convinced that he would make it with us. Slow and prone to errors, gets dragged out of of position far to much. Good luck to the lad though

I would expect to see a new CB through the door sooner rather than later! That deal off report looked a bit weak, unless somebody had popped down the prison to get a quote during visiting hours.
Well, some random bloke signed within a week has about week and a half to train with the squad, so no, can't see them being that good at the august when we need it desperately.
And you're logic says they are good just because AVB or Baldini want them? Great, we are first team in the universe to become flop-free.
