He is off to chelsea......we either didn't really want him or we are fucking about playing the waiting game....and lost a decent player going cheap.

Don't know if that is true.

Moyes is playing hard-ball, Dan Levy is just batting it straight back.

Just read a report where 'Arry (supposedly) says that our bid was £2 mill + £1 mill depending on appearances, etc., whereas Chelsea have offered £3 mill straight, so it isn't like we are miles off. In the meantimes, Pienaar clearly wants to come to the Lane, and clearly doesn't want to go to the Bridge - and can act on that in the Summer. Which creates something of a stalemate. And I think that is where things are at.

Moyes wants our £3 mill up front...but risks getting nothing = who will blink first:shrug:

I honestly doubt we were ever really going for him.I know for certain we never submitted a bid of any amount for Pienaar.

Just a lot of hot air.

And, if and when we sell him, we will make a tidy profit:shrug:

So, we get some good football out of him and then a profit, if we do the smae with Pienaar what is not to like:shrug:

I think Bale, lennon, Modric and possibly BAE may have played one game less each over the recent period and that ishow i think we'd use Piennar.
I'm worried about Bale Manu seem to protect their young players better and if we're not careful i worry about him burning out.
I see plenty of games for Piennar without him being first choice if that makes sense.
