BBC Live Text
16:35 Substitution, Andros Townsend replaces Aaron Lennon.
16:30 Substitution, Gylfi Sigurdsson replaces Nacer Chadli.
16:26 Substitution, Ezekiel Fryers replaces Danny Rose.
16:22 YELLOW CARD Danny Rose is shown the yellow card.
16:09 RED CARD Ryan Shawcross
Ryan Shawcross is already on a yellow card when he brandishes his studs in a challenge with Danny Rose. It isn't pretty and the Tottenham man yelps in pain as he takes the impact on the shin. Andre Marriner has little choice but to dish out a second booking.
HALF-TIME- Stoke 0-1 Tottenham
"Tottenham started well but then Stoke came back into it before Danny Rose put Spurs ahead. Stoke have some work to do to in search of a fifth straight home win, while Spurs are in good shape to end a run of six away games without a win."
!5:43 Booking Kyle Naughton is shown the yellow card for a bad foul.
15:32 GOAL - Stoke 0-1 Tottenham - Danny Rose
Emmanuel Adebayor is definitely one of those big men who can accurately be described as having a good touch. The Tottenham striker pokes the ball one side of Glenn Whelan and scampers past him on the other before standing up a fine cross to the back post. Danny Rose does it justice with a bullet header to put the visitors ahead.

Tim: "It’s always tough at Stoke. They've picked up of late and will be a different proposition to the team we played earlier this season."

Tim: "Stoke have taken some big scalps at home and we don’t want to be added to that list."

Tim: "They will have a lot of passion and endeavour, we'll look to match that, quieten down the crowd and play our football."

Team news - Tim reports that Michael Dawson is available after injury. Etienne Capoue back in training but not yet ready to return.

Team news - Tim added that Mousa Dembele is doubtful with an ankle injury and that Kyle Walker, Jan Vertonghen and Erik Lamela remain out.

#thfc TS says Dawson's back from hamstring injury. Capoue's trained for 2 days & Vertonghen's trained for one day - it's too soon for them.

#thfc Sherwood reiterates once again that Lamela won't play again this season: "It's going to come too soon for Erik, the end of the season"

#thfc Sherwood: "I haven’t seen him [Lamela], he hasn’t trained with the group yet. The last thing you want to do is rush back."

He's right and we have rushed too many players back but it's very frustrating as I would love to see some of Lamela to end the season on a small high!

Watch us have our annual fuck-up so we finish 7th instead of 6th.

It's gonna happen because it always does and because this season has been so bad that it should be expected.

Well done Chris on the banner like the way you portray Adam as a lamb being lead to slaughter vs a one man army aka Sandro " The Beast " .In footballing term's won't be an easy match but after a number of visit's to the Britannia most will know that already. Beside's not sure if the stat remain's intact but as I understand they are undefeated against each of the top 7 at home this season, infact I think they have beaten all but two.City got a draw I think and tomorrow we will inflict a defeat on them to blemish their current record.I opt for a 2-0 victory,I would love to put the boot in on our team before a ball is kicked but not really my thing.;)

They Lost to Liverpool 3-5. Only other Home loss in the league is against Norwich. They did lose to ManU at home in one of the cups

Not going to be an easy game. DM is needed away from home more often than not. Sandro starting please, though after last week I doubt he'll even be on the bench.

The kind of game you need to have some personalities on the field and some characters as well...guess we're gonna lose then :p
