Alan was at the academy of light (sunderland's training ground) yesterday, expected to sign next week for around 4m

My next door neighbour has a contact inside Sunderland and he has said that defoe has signed on the dotted line for Sunderland. He says it is certain, he has only told me one other in the past, Sessengon to Sunderland in January. I for one hope he is right. Passed on in good faith! I'm off to Cyprus now so lets see if this deal comes off when im away.
