Dutch club Utrecht are taking Swansea City to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) over the transfer of Michel Vorm from the Swans to Tottenham in 2014.

What has this got to do with us?

Because it sounds beyond shady that they would have given Vorm a free transfer and it was likely worked out as mutually beneficial for us and Swansea to do so, cutting Utrecht out of their share, much like we did with Liege to do similar to Utd on Fryers? Maybe

This happens a lot when players have sell on rights. So often clubs sell two players at once and reduce the price of one while increasing that of the other. I think we got done like this when Falque was sold on, not sure there's much anyone can do.
