Antonio Conte will wait for fitness reports on Cristian Romero and Oliver Skipp ahead of Wednesday night’s derby at West Ham after the pair returned to training with the squad on Monday.

Antonio also had an update on Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil

“Lucas has inflammation in his tendon,” he added. “I hope he recovers soon. For sure, when I was a player, I had a lot of pain in my tendon and you know very well that an inflamed tendon doesn’t finish in only one week, two weeks. We hope he’s with us soon. Gil is not available, but in two or three days he will start to work again.”

Was Barkley not one of the players Chelsea brought in that Conte didn't want which led to their falling out? I might be misremembering here though but know it was all to do with players they brought in instead of the ones he wanted.
