PL? And assuming its calendar year rather than first half of this season.

Decided to not put any new summer additions into the first team, but rather on the bench as they haven't had the full year to shine

Lloris
Ivanovic Cahill Terry Baines
Silva Toure Eriksen Hazard
Aguero Bony
SUBS: De Gea, Clyne, Koscielny, Fabregas, Sterling, Sanchez, Costa

Manager: Mourinho

One I've missed out is Matic, maybe would put him on the bench instead of Sterling or Sanchez

I didn't think you would believe in the media-driven De Gea hype.

I completely forgot about Courtois when I did it. I'm going to edit, but I do think DeGea has had a damn good 12 months. Obviously Lloris is up there too.

Edit, I'm going to stick with DeGea. I think he's had more to do than Courtois.

To be fair, Sanchez and Fabregas possibly don't qualify for that list as they have only been here 5 months of the year.

I'd wager that Lloris has had just as much to do, perhaps more, than De Gea. We all know the amount of times he has saved us from defeat. It's pretty damn scary.

De Gea is an excellent keeper, and one of the best in the world, but he does get looked favourably upon simply by wearing a United shirt. There's not much between the three keepers but Lloris is the best for me. They're all excellent shot stoppers, but for me Lloris edges it because he's the more experienced, a good captain, and has the added ability of being one of, if not, the best sweeper keepers around.

De Gea had some absolute stinkers last season and Courtois wasn't even playing in the league.

In 2014 though De Gea has been pretty solid, and this season he's been very impressive. I think he just knicks it over Hugo for me...but only just.

This season he's been awesome (as has Lloris). Last season (2014) he was more shakey than Lloris, so it's the other way for me.
