We should win this regardless so hope we give Winks and especially Onomah some time.

It's only when the pressure is on we fold and collapse...

More important getting six points from the next two than scrambling for a point today.

We mustn't take either opponent for granted, it'll be our usual challenge of attack v defence where we will need guile to break through and can't afford to give cheap set pieces away.

Rotate in Winks and Dier and but keep the fbs running, I'd play Trips v Burnley instead.

GKN and Sissoko either side of Eriksen.

Key could well be how well Winks joins in with the attack. It'll be very interesting to see if he can pick a pass in tight spaces or help generate some give and gos.

Which one of Daws, Jake, Mase or the Hudd will score? Sod's law says one of em will.

Really don't think we should assume this, although I can see Poch freshening thinks up, but not because he thinks Hull will be easy.

I would go back to the 4141 for hull at home as it's a bit more adventurous and worked well for us earlier in the season plus I'm not happy playing dembele twice in a few days

Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water TT - absolutely no reason to make wholesale changes to the back four.

To be fair we're in the middle of a run of six games in 15 days, so some rotation is necessary at some point. Hull at home is as good a time as any.

Think it's about time wany had a little rest and dier came in for a few important games in his place.

Other than that pretty much as is (unless lamela is back)

Interesting how we haven't gone back to a 3-4-3 after Arsenal away.

It looked like a real option after that performance and might be worth revisiting soon.

To be honest, would liked to have seen us revert to that formation at Old Trafford yesterday.

I'd go with this but with Dier in for Wanyama. He should be fresh after not playing at all yesterday and deserves a chance back in midfield I think.

We need to use the squad, but we can't afford any slip ups. Don't think resting both Rose and Walker in the same game is a good idea. I also think as good as Wanyama has been at the start of the season it might be time to put Dier back in. Alli also needs a few games on the bench I feel.

Lloris
Trippier Toby Verts Rose
Dier Winks
Sissoko Eriksen Son
Kane

Subs : Vorm, Wimmer, Walker, GKN, Wanyama, Alli, Jansenn.

Winks, Onomah and either Sissoko or Nkoudou in for Dembele, Alli and Son at the very least. Preferably Dier in there too, maybe at CB as not sure if Toby's fit enough for two games in four days yet. Trippier in for Walker probably isn't a bad shout either.

Changes need to be made.

Start Winks over Dembele - He deserves it and Dembele has been poor. Winks offers better passing forward and attempted passing through the lines.

Dier over Wanyama - purely about rotation.

Davies or Trippier to start - again due to rotation and walker/rose having some fitness issues this season. Wouldnt rotate both fullbacks though..

Alli to be dropped - Currently his huge talent has been overtaken by a large ego in my opinion - things just arent working for him.

I'd like to see Dier and Winks start in this game, just to see how this combo works out. It's less risky trying this match up in this game than in most other games.

I know Alli has been off form recently but he's still a huge goal thread which we don't really get from anywhere else. He just needs to be given a bit of freedom to rotate with Eriksen and create havoc in the defence like he did against CSKA.

Winks and Dier should give us a solid base both positionally and in terms of moving the ball forwards, and I'd like to see Dembele given the opportunity to try and impact the game from further forwards.

Very much doubt we'll see the above at any point though.

Vorm Wimmer Trippier Wanyama Onomah Nkoudou Son
The above all on the basis that we are without Dembele, Lamela and Janssen for this trip. If they are fit I'd have Dembele in the first team for Alli, Lamela on the bench for Onomah and Janssen on the bench for Nkoudou.
