Does anyone have a clue if this is on TV, I missed the first leg, was that shown or on the website?

Last weeks game was on Premier Sports 1, at the moment that channel is showing the Europa League Celtic game on Thursday , nothing showing on listings for us yet , hopefully BT will step in and show the game.

I think it will be more or less the same side that played the first leg, perhaps with Kane instead of Scarlett as he needs to gain match fitness.

I do expect to see a much stronger bench though, just in case.

I'd quite like us to stick to the plan with mostly the same players as last week, with a considerably stronger bench to call on if needed.

Gollini

Paskotsi Romero Davies(c) Sessegnon

John, Winks, GLC

Gil Scarlett Clarke

We can try this again away in the group stages, we need to take this game now serious enough. A 2-1 or 3-2 win is not enough.

And also I think some of the first teamers could absolutely do with some possession based attacking football and get some confidence building...

Yeah I do agree. Insomnia means I was awake at 4am mulling it over in my head. To be honest I'd be happy with a stronger team too. Nuno has made good decisions so far so Same team, stronger team, mix of the 2. None would surpise me and I'd not be against any lineup really.

Use Scarlett like Man Utd use Greenwood, he starts from a wide position but drifts into the middle when the space is vacated.

Our U23 line up today, points toward a strong side in this

Makes sense. We need to qualify to the next stage and fortunately, we have a home game on Sunday, so recovering and prepping for Watford won't be as hectic.

How many will be in attendance for this game? Do you reckon it will be around the 25-30k mark?

I see Markanday really pushing Nuno to take notice , has a 1st half hat trick today against Leeds u23.

I've never seen the lad play but clearly he knows where the back.of the net is. Would love to see him involved Thursday.

Looking at sales so far you're probably near the mark , if the team serve up the pedestrian dross they showed in the away leg there will be a lot of unhappy people in the stadium. Two or three from yesterday have to start, Lucas probably for his pace to inject some life which was missing last week.

Same team as last week with replacement for CCV who's injured but with a strong bench. I'd hope those players will have been working together to build on their 90 minutes last week and they'll come through for us.
Maybe with a new signing or two as well ☺️

We seen how poor the team was last week, hopefully we won't see many of them starting this week! We need to win and that means bringing in more first team players.

Agree with the concensus here. Needs to be stronger than the away fixture, bit that's easier when players don't have all the travel. Still should be a fairly 2nd string side, shattered with those still getting back to full fitness etc, and some attacking big guns on the bench, hopefully unused.

Would also like to see us mirror the shape of the first team (based on first 2 league games and preseason)

Gollini
Doh/Serge Romero Dier Davies
Sissoko Hojbjerg Sessegnon
GLC Scarlett Bryan

Subs:
Kane Lucas Tanguy
Austin CCV Doh/Serge Clarke John Devine

Rested:
Lloris Sanchez Tanganga Reg Skipp Dele Son

Pacos are getting hammered 3-1 at the moment but I can't see who the players are, well I don't recognise them anyway. Maybe they are playing their 2nd team and saving the best for us.
