The BBC don't mention anything about Lamela being out so hopefully he will be fit to play, although they are hardly a bastion of knowledge in this regard. Fabregas is also fit for them.

May be play Mason-Dier-Dembele-Son-Eriksen-Kane and when Son tires out after 70min, bring on Lamela to hussle Chelsea

Even without the Lamela injury I would have gone with that side, Dier and Mason are solid and it allows Dembele to get forward, we will miss Lamela as an option off the bench though. I definitely disagree that Davis and Rose are on the same level, Rose all day, over Davis.

It would either be Son or Lamela who'd have to make way I guess? As you say, I can't see him dropping Alli, unless those other two both have a stormer today.
