Thank you Spurs for almost giving me a heart attack, putting ten years on my life, making me lose more hair, getting me a bollocking by the wife for screaming at the TV, for screaming with joy when Ade scored, and making me lose more hair towards the end again.

I love Spurs but why do we always do things the hard way. Who else has aged ten years?

You should thank them for making you realize that your heart is alright.

I am shattered. Feel like I've run 10 miles on a full stomach and finished with a bunjee jump. I need to lie down but I can barely sit still.

Classic spurs that but for once we dug in and got through it! It wasn't pretty but were through and inter Milan, yes the mighty inter Milan are out courtesy of the mighty Spurs. I'm a wreck after that but buzzing that we finally look like winners and have some grit about us

Once we didn't get a 4th at the Lane despite having, like, twenty chances to do so (yeah, thanks for that Jermaine) I just knew something like that would happen

I was the same. I don't mind losing that much but when we shoot ourselves in the foot time after time it drives me crazy. From the start of the match we saw Inter get the ball behind the defence and only a lack of confidence or composure saved us. The first goal was no surprise but I thought we might wake up. Second goal was another one-on-one and that's really poor from us. Third goal was very lucky but WTF was Gallas doing. He should have been the 4th man in the wall. Fourth goal was actually very good, we could have done better but it wasn't a huge gaff.

My issue tonight was going forward. Players weren't making themselves available and it made life hard for the players who did have the ball. In fact that's how the second goal came about, Dembele got caught in possession because he had no outlet. Also, if we're under pressure, is it really worth playing the ball back to the keeper so he can give it straight back to their defenders?

One thing that I noticed was the body language of the players, they didn't look like they were about to take Inter on, they looked like they wanted to get rid of the ball as quickly as possible if it came to them.

Was a weird one tonight, like the Lyon game, although we did it the hard way there was something telling me that we were never going out.

Don't feel 10 years older but I've only just come off the toilet after coming so close to soiling myself.

Really was a shocking performance. Was like watching classic Spurs again. The big broom needs to come out and Ade, walker, Livermore and Defoe need to be under it. And ffs play Lloris is the quarters!

Horrendous match i thought, i haven't been that ambivalent watching Spurs for a long time, it wasnt even that Inter were good for gods sake.
My nerves are shredded and my voice is gone....i need a lie down.

Thoroughly draining 2 hours. I watched the second half and extra time in a kind of drugged stupor, waiting for the slow death of elimination to come.

At least we showed the desire to raise our energy levels during extra time.

Dembele was awesome and I thought Vertongen was good (before extra time). Friedel did ok despite letting in 4 but with the high line we just cannot afford to play him.

As for everyone else, piss poor

Well just finished watching the match, managed to keep away from the score line till I got in from work, fuck me what a crazy game, spurs love to me and all of us through the ringer aye:) I just wish we could just do thi gs a little easier sometimes.

I really feel we have a good chance at winning this cup now. Just want us to avoid the other English teams next round, hopefully will get the easiest of the ties and push on. This is a great chance to win a major trophy again. We have a real affiliate with this cup and I want to win it!!

My Mrs calls it the Possession by Spurs when I start cursing and singing at the TV
