His tears would be molten rock anyway. Prob my favorite player at the mo, and a Spurs legend in the making.

I don't see how people can criticise him really, we look so much better when he is on the pitch.

Wondering whether we should play Sandro Capoue Dembele and Paulinhio together in midfield!? Not so creative but the other team would never get within 40 yards of our goal, nor be able to retain possession for more than a couple of passes.

I look forward to games where we decide "you shalt not pass" and play Sandro and Capoue.

Love this. Made me think back to those pictures of an eager lad on a plane with a English dictionary - his English has improved massively, and he's become a beast of a man!

This is a guy who posts selfies on Instagram wearing his Spurs shirt. Absolute legend.

THFC employ an interviewer who wouldn't get a gig covering midweek dog racing tracks.

Make me cry

Simply love the man and he is a fantastic player, easily one of our best in the squad.

I love the fact he's embraced the nickname the fans have given him.

Just saw a post on another thread with someone saying that he was a bad option for home games due to his poor ability on the ball. Not my words, loosely quoted.

Yep that was BC in the Villa ratings thread in reply to my post that Sandro must start if fit.

Except it wasn't what I said was it. What I said was:

I disagree. I like Sandro a lot, as a ball hunter he's supreme. But there will be plenty of games where Capoue's superior ability with the ball will mean Sandro is a bit moribund. It's about the right tactics for the right situation. Sandro is invaluable on days like today, Norwich at home ? not so sure.

Disappointed he and Vertonghen played yesterday to be honest, didn't think they were needed, but I suppose AVB didn't have much choice. Our strength in depth is so great at the moment that whoever AVB decides to play is top quality.
