Don't know who the manageress was. The pub is rubbish now but still is the most convenient. I am not sure how many cans of Fosters I can handle though.

There's loads of pubs close to the ground ricky.

Very different story to the one I was told by a former barmaid and other Tottenham residents who have used the B&H. Perhaps they realised they were making a mistake with their new brand of "customer service".

Not as close as the Bell & Hare though. I prefer to be within a 2 minute walk of the ground rather than walking for 5 minutes from the Brewers or 10 minutes from the Elmhurst. The rest of them I don't like (Bricklayers, Bill Nick, Pride of Tottenham etc)

Haven't been in there for years but was always pretty quiet and easy to get a drink. I used to like the Beehive on the way back to Seven Sisters but that's closed. I went in the Ship on Sunday after the game and felt like I had been transported back to the 70's. Good laugh though.
