Stop being a condescending git just because he's proved his point and you wouldn't know how to prove a point if it slapped you in the face.

It is well known that Modric was being chased by some of the top clubs in Europe and there is a pretty good reason for that. Malbranque, despite not being a bad player and having had a good season, is not being chased by anybody.

Anyone can see Modric has passing ability far beyond Malbranque's and he's already played plenty of games at international level and looked good, something which Malbranque can't claim to have done.

Now don't get me wrong this isn't me having a bash at Steed because he's been excellent this season, but he's not in the same class as someone like Modric. I sense you know that but you're just pushing a daft point you made a while ago because you like being a bit controversial.

If you watch the Basel vid you will see that he creates opportunity after opportunity, holds the ball, wins the ball and plays killer passes, something our midfield has failed to do all season.

That vid isn't your average 3 minute montage spread over 2 seasons, it's all in 1 game.

I take it by stupid things you mean Modric. In which case if u do your more of a tard then i thought.

I have a season ticket, I have to pay the increase, but if i dont, i wont have a ticket next year so i dont have a choice. Do you really think the club would listen if we all said hold on a min and stop, i dont want to pay the increase.

I just cant see how you can doubt a top class player without seeing him play in a spurs shirt.

Steeds will be great back up for Modric next year, the type of squad player we need. Where as Modric could prove to be the step up from where we are to 4th place.
